The fabric is 100%P water repellent outdoor fabric. And it is ripstop on the surface . Its yarn count is 30*30 . It is one kind of two-tone fabric . We finish it with P/D and W/R and coating . So it is waterproof and breathable .The fabric is commonly used in skiing wear and sports wear .
According to your requirments , we can do many processes of finishing to get different functions, just like coated , lamination ,bonding or etc.

The performance of product has obvious advantages in many ways more than other processes method in the production of products. So our process of coating is knife coating process.
Generally speaking, the weaving of base cloth, the preparation of slurry and the control of production process are the key factors for the quality of the products of knife scraping coating. As the base cloth determines the strength of the product, and the production speed of the tool scraping coating is fast and the width is wide, so any fault of the base cloth quality will lead to the decline of the product quality. The preparation of slurry directly determines most of the performance of the product, so it constitutes the key technology of scraping coating technology.
