3 . About Nylon Cold Transfer Printing:

Nylon cold transfer printing is a process of wet transfer printing, in which water-soluble paste is printed on the substrate and then wetted by the transfer fabric. The technology is based on the four-color separation principle, which can be printed on the fabric with layered and colorful patterns. The whole printing process is carried out at room temperature, so it can maintain the soft touch of super thin nylon. Through evaporation and washing process, the color fastness reaches European and American standards.

Product features: It is hard to distinguish the front and the back because of good penetration. It has complex pattern structure, good color fastness and exquisite printed pattern. It uses acid dye and can be printed on 10D 15D 20D 70D ultra-thin nylon fabric. It feels very light, soft and close-fitting.

5 .Sample making confirmation process:

1. Confirmation of electronic draft: pre-confirmation of typesetting and size can be provided according to the customer's original flower draft.

2. Confirmation of S/O sample or digital rice sample: several samples of 35*35cm size of S/O sample are provided, and digital rice sample confirmation is also available.

Iii. Confirm the machine sample on the open plate: due to the difference in effect between some complex pattern digital sample and the machine on the open plate, and due to the difference in customer requirements, the production arrangement of the machine sample on the open plate can be provided.

The above three sample confirmation methods can be selected according to the actual requirements of customer orders.
